Inside the build
Fleet software becomes difficult when one trip touches approvals, staff authority, vehicle availability, licences, inspections, documents and finance at the same time. The architecture therefore treats the trip as a governed lifecycle instead of several independent forms. Changes to vehicles, drivers or approval state can be validated against the workflow and retained in the audit history.
